300 minutes a month are included. After that it costs €0.27 per minute with Basis and €0.33 with Pro, incl. VAT, and you only pay for what you use. You set a cap for extra minutes yourselves (€65 a month by default). Once the cap is reached, Noa only takes messages for the rest of the month, so the bill never surprises you. You can change the cap in the app at any time.

Only the AI model. With Pro, Noa answers faster and is smarter, so she understands more of what callers say. Everything else is the same in both: 300 minutes a month, you can take over a call from the app, she knows your industry from day one, plays hold music when she transfers, recognises customers who have called before, and waits her turn the way people do in a Danish conversation. Basis costs €93 a month and €0.27 per extra minute. Pro costs €133 a month and €0.33 per extra minute. All prices incl. VAT and with no lock-in. You can switch between Basis and Pro in the app, and the change takes effect from the next period. Basis is good. Pro is the fastest and smartest.

The one they always have. We buy a Danish number for you and set Noa up on it, and you forward your own number to it through your phone company.

Yes. You tell us who handles what, and on which days and hours they can take calls. Noa then transfers to the right person – and otherwise takes a message that lands in your inbox.

Yes, once you've connected your Google or Outlook calendar in the app. Noa finds a free slot within your rules – length, hours and notice – and books it in your calendar once the caller has said yes. Without a connected calendar she takes the request as a message.

Danish and English. If many of your customers speak German, Swedish or Norwegian, we can switch those languages on for your line – just write to us.

No. Noa Voice can be bought on its own. If you already have a plan, you can add Noa Voice to it instead.

You keep your current price until 1 January 2027. After that you move to Pro, unless you choose Basis. You can switch tier in the app, and the change takes effect from the next period.
